In Atlas-robots we have designed a robotic solution for bakeries, which are used to working with cars. Our robots work with two tray inputs at the same time, so there are no stops in the tray.
The Bread tray manipulator robot It detects when a tray has been loaded with bread and starts to desenbandejar automatically. Once the robot has removed the tray, the bread is demoulded by means of a pneumatic system, which releases the bread trays in a conveyor belt for subsequent collection.
Once the bread is unmolded, the robot proceeds to leave the empty tray in its original place, fulfilling the complete circuit.
